DSLR CAMERA

Introduction-

DSLR stands for “Digital Single Lens Reflex”. It consists of 8 parts called –Lens, Reflex Mirror, Shutter, Image Sensor, Focusing Screen, Condenser Lens , Pentaprism & Eyepiece/ Viewfinder.

Advantages-

  6. It has interchangeable lenses.

  8. Long- lasting battery life.
  9. DSLRs can withstand dust, moisture, rain and snow and severely cold weather.
  10. DSLRs are made of magnesium-alloy. So it’s very very hardy and long lasting.

Disadvantages-

The disadvantages of DSLR cameras are-

  1. Due to the mechanism this category of camera looks bit bulkier & heavy.
  2. It’s quite complex than others.
  3. Price is too high.
  4. Maintenance cost is much higher.
  5. When you shoot the mechanism creates a certain amount of noise.It can never be muted.
