Catalog is the collection of all photos in Photo Video Store Script. Here you can upload and manage every images.
Procedure to Upload photos & videos in Catalog
Step 1 : Upload Photo/ Videos
By sign in to the website you select the Catalog option in Admin Panel Dashboard, in left hand side menu. Then Catalog window open with every photos uploaded till date. Top right hand button shows Upload Photo or Upload Video option. Select the desired button to upload photo or video.
Step 2 : Files Option
Next, while uploading file an window open with file option. Here you can choose what category of license you will assign to the photo. Standard or Extended.
Step 3 : Description
In this step, you will select Title, description, keywords for the photo for SEO purpose.
Step 4 : Categories
Next, you will assign Categories to the photo.
Step 5 : Settings
In this step, in settings option date of when to publish, whether it’s to be chargeable or free all settings will be assign.
Step 6 : Model
Here, in this step the Model Release license or Property Release License should be mentioned. If a model is taken for photo shoot then the permit license should be given here. Or else any property is taken in the shoot the permit of the owner should be mention.
Step 7 : Collections
Here, the Catalog will attach to the Collections created earlier.
Step 8 : Stats
In this last step you will get to know about Statistic of the photo, i.e No. of Views, Downloads, Like & Dislikes all.
