In Photo Video Store Script we have a section called User. Click on the User on the left side of Admin Panel a select panel will open with 8 options, the topmost option is Customer.
There are two way to register a customer. One is from dashboard by manager and the second one is registered from website by them-self.
View and Edit customer
Tap on the Customer to have a view on existing customer list. Here you will get the Customer details with ID, Login, Email ,Type, status of the customer existing. You can Preview through selecting Preview button.
Click on Edit by tap on the Edit button,where you can edit existing customer data.
You can delete the customer by selecting on the left side checkbox of a particular user from list view and click Delete button below.
Add New Customer
To add new customer click on Add button on the right hand top corner of the Customer window.
Fill-up the following necessary information to register a new customer.
- Under general information Log in ID will be first.
- The user password.
- The user email id
- Status of the customer [ if active or inactive ]
- Under Customer Information the first one is Type of the customer. Whether the customer is Buyer, Seller , Affiliated or Common will be selected here.
- If there is any balance threshold is applicable will be mention here.
- Buyers Signup commission mention.
- Sellers Signup commission clearly mention here.
- Under Contact Information you will write down First Name , Last name. Contact number, Country, State, City, Address will be written in details.
- Professional details as Name of the organisation, website, description, status, VAT no.
Then choose photo for the customer ID & an Avatar. Then tap on Save button.
